So, who's in charge of the trench coat mafia? Why do they have hair while the Obeserver is bald? Does this mean the Observers are bad? Then why did one help Walter? Is he a rogue Observer?
Enquiring minds want to know.

Well I fell asleep at the end of last night's episode and finished watching this morning while making a smoothie so I may have not given it proper attention, but it sounded like the baddie of the ep was trying to stop the Observers from getting their info. He must think they're the threat yes?

And why does it seem all the Observers are observing Walter?
And why does it seem all the Observers are observing Walter?
Perhaps they are mad that he took Peter from the alternate universe?

I kind of feel like the Observers, particularly Walter's Observer kind of goes beyond good or bad. He is a man (?) with a purpose and he fulfills that purpose but it is without malice or emotion. He does what he has to do and it does not matter who pays the price for it. The ends justify the means.
Kind if like in the military, it has to be assumed that there will be collateral damage and there is nothing that can be done for that.
