Good day, Raggs! I come to you in the capacity as Field Agent VIP Investigator for L.O.S.T.S. (Linear Officials Searching for the Silent). This is our mission statement:

The purpose of the afforementioned group is to seek out those LB posters and lurkers who have disappeared. With the second season fast approaching and all of the current topiccy goodness from current LBers FunFairieGirl and others, it seems a shame that these wonderful people have faded into the abyss ... or something like that ...

The Plan: To spend a week at a time seeking out these people by posting
directly to them on the LB or IM/email (if you have them) and/or ccing them on your posts. It is the hope of Splodey (the creator of the acronym) and myself that this will draw them back onto the 'Lage and to fuel the great discussions that we all have come to expect on this site!

Now, we realize you have not truly disappeared and are probably VERY busy with writing for Season 2. However, now that the UK has just started Season 1, we would like to request that any VIPs, who have even a few minutes, might briefly stop by the LB and do what we call a 'fly by.' In other words, give a shout out and say hello.

Thanks in advance!

Matt!

It figures you show up on the LB and I'm not around. Bah! I usually don't work on Tuesdays, but I worked a double last night. I'm glad to see that you and Javi were able to stop by.

I read on the LB that you spent part of your Honeymoon in HI. Congrats on your marriage! I've been married for 10 years, but it was in New Orleans. My family is from there and all made it out safely, except one uncle that remained at his work. It's heartbreaking what happened.

By the way, this is Lost_in_NH. I changed names to match with the one I use on the LB!

Don't be a stranger!

Kat, I hope your one relative that remained behind in New Orleans is okay - - my God, I can't imagine what you're going through right now. I'm so glad the majority of your family is safe, but, still...to be from New Orlean - -well, it must be simply heartbreaking just now. Hang in there, okay? Thank you so much for the personal note and please know that I will visit the fuselage as much as I possibly can.

All the best,

Raggs

Hey, Matt!

Wow! It seems like ages since I posted that last reply. Thanks for your concern about my family. They are all safe, including my uncle. After that ordeal he's taking a much needed vacation and it just so happens he's going to LA! I hope they have another D:LA next year. I plan on being there, if they do!

Great to hear from you again.

~Kat

PS I hope you catch Gollum soon! ;)

Glad to hear your family is safe and well. And I'll keep an eye out for Gollum. Pretty sure I've seen that filthy bugger around here somewhere...

I hear you have been giving Gollum a good chase. I can't imagine he'll get far.

I have an interesting question for you. My husband is fascinated by the stunt man that was sucked into the engine in the pilot of Season 1. I see on the DVDs that his name is Frank Torres. Do you have any idea how I might go about getting an autographed photo of him, er, being sucked into the engine? I told you it was interesting! This would be a fun Christmas present!

Thanks in advance!

Kat. I am sorry to say that I honestly don't have the slightest idea. He's dead, after all. The guy was sucked into a jet engine! Geez...

No, honestly, I really don't know, I apologize...

Hey, no problem! I'll try doing my own research. Thanks!

So, are you going to the Emmys?

Nope. Have to be a producer to get to the big show. I will be getting drunk at home and rooting for the team.

Awww, that's too bad. Well, you'll have to make sure JJ gives at shout out to the Fuse, when he goes up to accept the trophy ;)

If you have a few minutes, you should stop by the LB. :D
