Fury,

Are you rooting for ALIAS to get cancelled so Drew Goddard can keep his streak alive?

Have you heard whether Jane Espenson's Fox contract would prevent her from freelancing for an ABC show?

"Tru Calling" is done.* I see Eliza Dusku in a LOST flashback!

When Sawyer saw his marks' kid in "Confidence Man", he backed out of the deal and left without their money.* My question: Did he accidentally leave his own cash too?*

He'd let the couple hold thousands of dollars of real cash as proof of his legitimacy. What happened to the money? (It wasn't even really his. He'd borrowed it from a scary criminal.)

I know that ep. was scripted by Damon Lindelof, but you co-execs are s'posed to know stuff.* *:)

By the way, are you in line for a promotion during your second year with LOST?

One more question below...*

--- Spoiler for last new episode of 2004 ---

Does Charlie's hanging count as a death of a main character?* (I know he came back, but I was hoping that had something to do with the island -- i.e. he died and the island brought him back.* Jack didn't do anything which would account for his sudden revival.)

Dear FF --

I'm hardly rooting for ALIAS to fail (but that would be funny if Drew killed another show). Of course, we'll only snatch him up for us, so you can kiss a third season of LOST goodbye. (Drew -- I'm kidding! Chill, babe!)

Yes, Jane's contract would keep her out of my clutches (as does Tim's) but they'll just have to save FOX with their new show - INSIDE OUT -- or whatever they're calling it now. Perhaps I'll go there once Drew gets us cancelled. (Drew, I'm just joking! Stop whining!)

I see Eliza Dushku IN MY DREAMS. It would be nice to work with her again.

Yep, Sawyer left all the money, including the seed money he borrowed. The man is so screwed. The family used the money to open a string of topless car washes. I'm sure Sawyer would approve.

I believe I'm in line for a good firing next year, but no promotion I'm afraid Too many EPs as it is. Perhpas I'll take a DEmotion just 'cause nobody's ever done that before.

Does Charlie's death count? Did Buffy's? Any of them? This I put to you.

<< Will it ultimately be a Kate and Jack pairing or a Kate and Sawyer pairing? >>
Personally I'm hoping for the Kate/Sun pairing.

I'm rooting for a Kate and Claire pairing.* I think Claire's baby should have two mommies.

Save Sun for a Sayid/Shannon/Sun menage.* (It's good to see people with diverse backgrounds come together... )

Go for it.* Supervising Producer actually sounds more powerful.*

( I congratulate Javi on his powerful-sounding title. )

Do you really want to be co- anything?* :)* Wouldn't you rather supervise?* ("Supervisor" puts a picture in my head of me standing around looking stern while other people work. That's the life!)

This answer confused me and fried my puny human brain.

You did say "Charlie's death" instead of his "near-death experience" or something like that.* So I take it that the writers consider it an actual death instead of a case of "almost."

( As far as Buffy, I'd say she had two deaths that definitely count.* Plus she "died" in a season one episode when her nightmares turned her into a vampire. )

I didn't know that either writer had a new show.* (I read somewhere that Tim Minear was busy writing a screenplay based on a Robert Heinlein novel.)

The Internet Movie Database is calling the TV show "The Inside".* The lead actress is credited with *two* characters.* Interesting.

It's a shame Sawyer didn't keep his money in one of those Halliburton cases.* :)
The family used the money to open a string of topless car washes.

I guess the gullible couple's kid isn't going to have a college fund.*

But with so many soapy boobies surrounding him, he's not going to care.* (Hormone overload may even kill him before he reaches college age.)

Coincidentally, I too have Eliza Dushku dreams -- and sometimes they involve a topless carwash.* I blame "Bring It On",* a movie I probably should not admit to having seen.

Thanks for answering, Fury.
