My story for 60:
The crash.

-Plane-
The plane shuddered and I gripped the arms of my chair tightly.
“Its ok” said my mum patting my hand softly,
“What if we crash?” I asked nervously; I didn’t like flying at all, this was my first time on a plane actually.
“There’s more chance of being killed by bees than the chance of a plane crash” she said,
“Why bees? You know I hate bees!” I said,
“Yes I know! You want a bag of peanuts? It’s traditional” she asked watching the food cart come closer,
“Yeh, ok” I said,
“Yes please!” she said sternly.
We bought a bag of peanuts and I ate some quickly.
The plane shuddered again but this time a lot stronger; a man in a stripped top ran past, pushing the person behind us back into his seat.
“Bloody rock stars” said mum annoyed,
“What?” I asked,
“That guy, he said he was from some British band called Drive Blast or something, acted as if the whole world had to respect him” she said pinching a peanut from the bag I was holding,
“Didn’t see his face, probably won’t know him anyway” I said finish the last of the bag.
The plane shook violently; mum gripped my hand, I was sure now that the plane was crashing.
Oxygen masks fell from the ceiling, I grabbed it and slipped it on quickly, mum did the same.
Again the plane shook; I closed my eyes, I could here people screaming as loud as they could.
Then suddenly I felt a huge gust of air bellow past me, almost as if trying to rip me from my seat; I gripped as hard as I could.
I felt dizzy, sick almost, but I still felt mums hand on my; I felt myself slip away as if I was forced asleep.
-Beach-
I could hear people screaming; I opened my eyes to smoke and light that made them sting.
I opened my eyes; I was dizzy and felt very sick.
I could only just see through the smoke that bellowed around me, as if a blanket to keep me warm; there was people running around, but they seemed like only a blur though the smoke.
I felt around; I was sill in my seat, but mum was not next to me, I quickly undid my belt and fell to the floor with a huge thud.
“Ouch, damn it!” I hissed as I landed on a piece of glass that slashed my knee.
I slowly stubbled down the row that was now on a sharp angle; it was bright outside, and when my eyes adjusted to the light I could see the full damage that had happened.
Pieces of the plane lay scattered everywhere; people ran this way and that screaming at the top of their voices.
People screamed, “Help, Help”, but most too busy to help the others.
A man ran past and pushed me; I hit the ground landing on my knee which stun as sand filled the wound.
“Oww! Son of a-!” I cursed under my breath,
“Are you ok?” asked a woman behind me; I turned to see her, she had straight blonde hair that was tied neatly behind her head, she had bright green eyes that glowed in the sunlight, but her clothes and face were totally covered in dirt and sand.
“Ah, yeh I think” I answered,
“You can understand why he did that though, having almost died and all” she said helping me up,
“Yeh, I guess” I said sadly,
“Oh, I’m sorry did you lose someone?” she asked calmly,
“I, I don’t know. I mean my mum was on the plane but she, um, I haven’t seen her yet” I said; I didn’t understand how this woman was being so calm about this whole thing.
“Well that’s good, see you soon” she said as she walked off into the jungle before I could reply.
“Freaky!” I whispered under my breath.
I looked around, but the smoke and sand that was being blown around by the engines stun my eyes that made it hard to see.
“Jess, JESS! Oh thank god! Jess” said someone through the smoke,
“Mum, Mum is that you” I asked walking slowly forward; and then trough the smoke mum walked to me.
“MUM!” I yelled running to her,
“Oh jess! Your ok!” she said rapping her arms around me,
“Yeh I’m ok mum” I said very relieved,
“But your knee, oh sweetie your bleeding!” she said as she saw my knee that was now poring with blood,
“Yeh it is just a bit saw an-” I stopped as I saw that we were standing under a huge piece of plane that was dangling dangerously,
“MUM MOVE NOW!” I yelled as I pulled her and myself out from under it.
CRASH! It came down with a huge thud and sand and smoke bellowed over us.
The smoke cleared and settled over us.
“Oh my god, sweetie you saved us” she said shocked,
“Yeh…I-I guess” I said breathlessly,
“Lets get out of here” she said pointing to the jungle in the distance,
“It will be much safer common,” she said pulling me upwards.
-Jungle-
We walked slowly into the jungle I could see a man running the other way in the distance.
I fell down, I felt so tired, so breathless.
“Sweetie are you alright?” mum said very scared,
“Yeh, I just need to sleep for awhile” I said just before I fell asleep; and the last thing I heard mum say was a sweet, “I’ll be hear when you wake up”.

Yeah.....Locke needs to work out whether, he thinks he is God or not. Soemtimes he questions himself and acts normal, then other times he acts like hes God and everyone should obey him. I at least feel sorry for Boone coz Locke manipulated him. Thats one thing, i just stand up for myself, i would neva let anyone play me like that. I'm a stubborn, hot -tempered girl apparently. I was a tantrum thrower when i was little , lol. I grew out of it....:biggrin:
