During the recap episode before the premier, did anyone notice the shot of Walt reading his comic book, the back page of the comic book appeared intensionally blurred out? Pretty weird..:)

Yeah I noticed that too. I read somewhere that the back page was actually an advertisement using the front page of another comicbook???

Yeah, i saw that aswell... Thought i was seeing things, had to rub my eyes to make sure i was seeing it correctly, but when i look back the scene changed:biggrin:

It was most likely a clearance issue. The ad was cleared for the original airing but not for anything outside of the the airing of that episode.

right, yeah. in show that has so much symbolism, it is hard not to pick this apart as well. i kinded of figured it was like in the hip hop videos when they blur out the nike symbol and such.

It didn't annoy me as much as when they blur out the gussett and bum-crack shots during a Survivor challenge :biggrin:

I'm sure it was blurred due to advertising on the back. But they could have always pasted something over it and not done that. That's what I would have done because it sure did draw more attention to it than was meant.

OR it was an advertisement for a 1-900 number with a girl showing her badonkadonk.
