I don't know if anyone has already noticed and posted about this, but if you go to the part where Desmond injects himself with the "medicine", you'll see that the bottle of whatever it is has the Numbers written on the label... not just, all the bottles of the stuff do. I can't get screen-caps, but I know they're there. Wonder if they mean anything to the medicine? Some kind of protection?
