www.lostlinks.net has a very interesting update. The have come up with three blogs of people who actually drew a map of the inside of the hatch! Appearently these maps are based on what could be seen of it in the season opener. Very interesting stuff and certainly helpful to get a better idea.

Well, you know... with LOST nothing is EVER a coincidence! Those shoes may yet have to play a vital part in the series. :biggrin:

But I have to admit I adore those maps and the fact that people have taken the time to make them.

You know, it just crossed my mind somebody suggested that maybe Hurley will be asked to type the numbers, cannot do it because they are cursed and thus the entire Hatch explodes (stored foot, safety and all). I just realized I would so HATE for that to happen because those maps would have been for nothing. I really hope the hatch will continue to play a role within the series. :)
