View Full Version : What questions? panthers14 10-02-2005, 03:55 PM What questions are most people interested in having answered this week?:) Living_for_the_weekend 10-02-2005, 03:57 PM Anything about the nature of whats inside the hatch. I doubt we'll get THAT much about the others....tho I want it: ) crystals82 10-02-2005, 05:07 PM My question is what is the deal with the island. Obviously it is quarantined for a reason, and Desmond is there to keep a watch on it. He has been down there for a long time, and when he asked Locke "are you him", he was probably expecting the person that was supposed to take his place. If you notice on one of the walls in the hatch when Desmond is walking with Locke, there are carvings in the wall, like he was marking each day, and basically the whole wall is covered in the number markings, so I'm assuming hes been down there for a long while. Also what is with the mural on the wall? The number 108 is in the center, which is for (im guessing) every 108 minutes he has to enter the numbers into the computer to disable the security system. I think if something were to happen to him and he does not enter the numbers ever 108 min., the island will self destruct or something so that whatever is "quarantined" does not escape the island. Theres also a part on the mural with a picture of an eye, the letter M, and sick. Does this mean Desmond has the sickness?? These questions have been racking my brain all week, and I cant wait for the next ep. Ive also read that there is going to be a book titled "The Third Policeman" that is going to be a big part of this next episode. I have read summaries of this book and it is basically a mix of crime and punishment, time, and Einstein's Physics theories. It definetly has some interesting ties to the Lost storyline, and I cant wait to see what they say about it. sheba 10-02-2005, 05:10 PM Why was Locke in a wheel chair? Was it physical or psychological reason. Giorgio 10-02-2005, 09:49 PM What is up with the others/tailaways or whoever they are from the end of "Adrift?" loserwastaken 10-03-2005, 12:34 PM Cybornetic brain eating zombies of the past, from the future. ladyrune24 10-03-2005, 12:35 PM What Does It All Mean???!!!! I WANT SOME FREAKIN' ANSWERS!!! i_love_dmjgmfna 10-03-2005, 06:27 PM Why was Locke in a wheel chair? Was it physical or psychological reason. I've been dying to know what happened to Locke, too. Bradislost 10-03-2005, 06:34 PM I would like to know what happened to Walt, What is the button that Walt warned Shannon not to Press. And just about every other question that this Darn show has raised! Matt 2108 10-03-2005, 09:14 PM What is Dharma Industries? sheba 10-03-2005, 10:10 PM I would like to know what happened to Walt, What is the button that Walt warned Shannon not to Press. And just about every other question that this Darn show has raised! According to Entertainment Tonight, who claimed they hired an audio company to examine the tape, Walt said - "press the button. no button is bad." pengbear 10-03-2005, 10:34 PM 1. Who is "him" that Desmond referred to? 2. Jack remembers Dezzy, does Dezzy remember Jack? 3. Who is Helen---lawyer, psychic, or hot 1-900 girl? 4. Does Charlie get back on smack? 5. Where is this godforsaken place wtih it's polar bears, slave ships, upside down constellations? 6. Why did the plane crash? 7. Why are the writers toying with me so much? Why can't they give me an answer without opening up 12,874 more questions????? Guinevere 10-04-2005, 01:40 AM How much will Desmond say about why he's there and what the function of the hatch is? Why did the Others or tailaways attack first and ask questions later (if they ask any questions at all)? Why don't these people really talk to each other and tell each other what they can do? Why is Locke expected to hunt and feed everyone? Also, how did he become so proficient in hunting? It's not something you can learn in a book and it takes a long time to develop the skills he has. Bird hunting is totally different from what he's doing there on the island. Why is Jin the only fishing? How did he make that net????? :o Why haven't they made more lean-tos and shacks since they know that monsoon season is coming? Why are Sun and Kate the only ones who seem to realize that the fruit could play out quickly and that everyone needs to help in either replanting or helping harvest? They won't be able to do that during the monsoon season. Why couldn't we see the radio tower when the group was near the Black Rock?? Just random questions to go along with the other ones people are asking? :ohwell: I realize that most and even none of the questions will be answered in the episode. Snabbygail 10-04-2005, 12:57 PM I know I can't expect my questions to be answered. I've learned from experience. So instead I'm going to ask for something small. Then maybe I won't be disappointed. I'd like to find out in this episode what happen to the tail of the plane. pebblesbl 10-04-2005, 08:11 PM I would like to know about Claire's baby, what mysteries it holds. Mr. Wicked 10-05-2005, 11:34 AM I want to know if Ethan was actualy one of the others - or not. lost_knight 10-05-2005, 12:03 PM Why was Locke in a wheel chair? Was it physical or psychological reason. I am predicting that we will learn this tonight. I also think that he may finally tell Jack that he used to be in a wheel chair. My question is if they will play Mama Cass again. One last time just to make sure that it really gets stuck in everybody's head. " "Make your own kind of music..." bravado15 10-05-2005, 01:59 PM Let's get that story of Ana Lucia and her tail section buddies. In fact, I was predicting over the summer this season would start w/ the tail section from the moment they crashed and tell their story for a few episodes until they met up w/ OUR lostaways. This would have been really gutsy though. |
