Has anyone seen this? It was posted on the eonline board, no clue what it is?

I'm assuming this is going to be an online game to tie into the series. If you click on the name and look where it shows what webpage your going to it says it's a login page then it scrolls through ip numbers and says bad IP.. But there has to be a way in. Any good computer peeps out there?
