And not only could it fall off the boat, it (along with everythings else) could fly off pretty easily with that explosion. But, yeh, I saw the same as you, IslandGurl and whoever else posted that, when I watched the Canadian preview.

Me too, MarineOne. Also, if you look at the promo pics for "Abandoned", you find out that later Claire buries the message bottle, and Sun finds it.

Yes, I was just recently notified that they revealed what was found in the Canadian Preview--lucky ducks. So howbout take it a step further?

I think if Claire is trying to bury the bottle she is doing one of two things then, either trying to hide something (perhaps her message) or trying to keep the truth from the others so they dont freak out.

And we all know that Sun can keep a secret, so I'm wondering now, if this will be widely spread or just contained between the 2 women.

If you're interested in what's coming up next week, I recommend always watching both the US and Canadian previews, they're usually quite different. and strangely the Canuck ones seem to be more spoilerish.

I'm thinking that the fact that Claire buries the message bottle has more to do with the overall (or a specific) messages. She could easily destroy or replace hers. I'm thinking that what she finds in there (which we may or may not find out about for awhile) may have widespread implications for what we know to be true on the island, along the order of something being revealed that we NEVER would have thought of ... or even something along the lines of (Sawyer) "Yeh, I'm on this island with so-&-so from _____", (Locke) "I'm on this island with the guy I knew from the mental hospital that won the lottery" ... What I'm getting at is that the collective messages may point to the whole conspiracy... EVERYBODY knows everyone else through no more than 1 degree of separation, which is CRAZY considering the people all originated from different parts of the world and 'happened' to cross paths in Australia and the ensuing Flight 815.
