So who did Walt mean by "they"? The others or the tailies? Both groups are coming and are close.

well, it's spooky that he warned that 'they' were coming... and they he made himself visible again to warn Shannon and Sayid to silence just before 'they' - in the case, the tail passengers, 'came'. This is perfect messing with your mind kind of play that this show does well. We think Shannon is being warned against one danger and it turns out (perhaps) its a danger from an overlooked source.

Does anyone know what Walt was saying to Shannon and Sayid in the jungle? I wasn't sure if he was still talking backwards there, or if he was only whispering like the "others".
