I don't know. Ana yelled "Run!" but it didn't seem to me like anyone moved. At least, they were all standing still after the shot.

It's not real clear but in the final scene when we see AL with gun in hand Jin and Michael are in the background and it looks like they're still carrying the stretcher.

I hope he was. They may have layed him down on the ground. Hehe. HOPEFULLY! And I feel bad for Shannon , I liked her. I heard when Maggie Grace found out she was being killed she started to cry and cry, poor girl.
