It's nice to see. Mike and Jin had to get violent with each other to later become friends ...boys  Monkey 11-10-2005, 12:53 AM Mike and Sawyer are def. the Jin and Mike of season two. Yea, i'm glad they are making up. And a thing they have in common is they both think that they are at fault for Walt getting kidnapped. GettinLost 11-10-2005, 10:39 PM I loved the scene between Mike and Sawyer!! It was so typically Sawyer to be snarky to the end. But I think that Michael finally "gets" Sawyer's attitude. There was a lot said between the two of them - and they didn't use any words!! That's my Joshy!! alexandrite 11-11-2005, 12:39 AM I love how crazy it is between them. One minute they're enjoying a Bob Marley tune, and the next, "What are you gonna do? Splash Me?" lol. They are such a funny pair, but I think that they need each other, and somehow the both of them together will get Walt back, lol. Just my thoughts Skybluelost 11-11-2005, 01:00 AM the blood brother remark was great...i really enjoy the exchange between these two...no matter what they say to, about, or in general for that matter to each other...they are there for each other...lets not forget jin is the glue for sawyer and michael skybluelost:-)) RamessesIX 11-11-2005, 11:33 AM I'm going to chime in here and say that was the best scene of the night - well written and acted all around. These three guys have been through a lot together, and I hope that that affects their relationship going forward, as well as their interactions with everyone else when they get back to the main group. Baileysdad 11-11-2005, 11:40 AM Let's not leave Jin out of this...he risked his life for both of them. Diving in the water after Sawyer and running into the Jungle for Michael. The language barrier doesn't stop all of them from understanding each other. A black man, a Korean and a Southern red neck...that is a violent combo everywhere but they are seeing into each other big time... I need a tissue...:( Laurieg 11-11-2005, 11:41 AM I also loved it. I really think Mike hurt Swayers feeling when they were on the busted up raft. I'm glad they are making up and Mike is coming around. Butterkup 11-11-2005, 11:48 AM You know the best friendships are the one's that are BUILT and grow on mutual respect and things like that ... I don't think I said that very well but I am just LOVING the bonding between the guys - even the way Jin kept on wanting to help carry Sawyer and wouldn't let Mike..... Keep it goin writers cause it's the stuff that makes this the BEST show on tv right? bearsgonefishin 11-11-2005, 12:02 PM I must say I'm usually down on Mike but I liked him last night and It was good to see him stand up to Ana-Lucia; Mike also showed heart when he refused to leave Sawyer. I love how these actors and writers can make me love a character one minute and hate them the next. lostandwaiting 11-11-2005, 12:04 PM I really enjoyed the scene before Mike, Jin & Eko returned to the group. AL was blaming being lost on his buddy (Mike) running out into the jungle and Sawyer replies: Paraphrasing of course: Sawyer: "Mike only cares about himself and his son, and neither have anything to do with me" Mike (returning): "Glad you feel that way" Sawyer: "I didn't think I would ever see you again" You could really see in Sawyer's face that he wished Mike hadn't heard what he said, and he was glad to see him back. I think the only reason he said it was to cover his real emotions about Mike - He has got to keep his "game face" on and continue to be the tough cowboy. LOVE IT:biggrin: I agree, Sawyer has to be a hard a-- or a complete a--. In "...and found" Mike really got on my nerves when he was yelling and Ecko was trying to get him to be quiet. This week they showed that he doesn't just care about himself and Walt. Walt is still a high priority of his, but he showed me this week that he will help others instead of running off into the woods all the time. I can't wait to see what happened to the tail enders, I wonder if it's going to be a one episode type thing, or if it will be 2. Either way, they cranked up the action this week. It was worth the wait. |
