I wonder if Shannon and Boone will ever figure in again. Will Jack find out about Shannon's connection to his wife's accident?

hmmm, I hadn't really thought about that yet, good catch. It would make sense with the story line. Shannon wouldn't take Boone's money, so she took that man up on the offer to au pare that he had originally offer to her friend. I don't know if he is the one she married. It seemed he was sleezy, so maybe he took advantage of her, and that was the first time she called Boone for help. At some point, I hope the larger connection is made, it would be a little disappointing if this is all we get to know of them. It would be very interesting to find out that she is connected to the french woman somehow...

I think it is odd that they went to the trouble of casting a french actor and then we never really hear him speak. Maybe he will show up in another flashback now that we are starting to see the connections between lostaways.

I really hope they finish these particular stories, even in a roundabout way. I feel so cheated because I was just starting to get to know Shannon's (and Boone's, for that matter) character, then they killed her off!:frown:

Yeah, there still seems to be a lot of unanswered questions surrounding Shannon's past.
Why is her step mother such a bitch? What is the French connection? What is the significance of Sarah/Adam's/Jack's connection? I hope we get answers eventually. Maybe Maggie will come back for a couple of flashbacks later.

Also just thought of this, last season when Shan was translating Danielle's papers and she realized they were a children's song, didn't she say she was an Au Pair and that is how she knew the song? That would really connect this story then and explain where Shan went next.

I found the transcript for WTCMB and she never says she was an AuPair, just that the guy was from St Tropez and he had a kid named Laurent that hated her...
So may or may not be the same guy.

I hope we get a few more answers about Boone/Shannon- but, with both of them dead, I suppose they could drop the whole thing completely- except for the Jack connection. . . and the French connection.
