No, I haven't figured out what happened to Shannon yet, but somebody floated the idea that it was Jack who accidentally shot her, and I like that idea. Completes that circle of deaths pretty neatly.

I do think we're looking at two different events at the end, edited together to make us initially believe that they're all in the same location.

The killer is sleeveless and muscular. Isn't Jack sleeveless? Anyone else sleeveless? But how/why would Jack accidentally kill Shannon?

What are you talking about? I watched that scene 5 times...there is no muscular male with a gun...The scene pans over to Ana with the gun slide open indicating the gun had fired it's last round in the clip. She had one bullet left and shot Shannon in the stomach with it.
