What is up with Sayid and his "scared" face. When his friend had a gun drawn on him in his flashback episode he made that pathetic scared sh*tless face and now again at the end of this episode. Why couldn't Sayid have been the one to get shot?

I actually agree with you. I don't like SAyid much.

This thread is sort of mean spirited. I'm not talking as a big Sayid fan or anything (though I do like him), but you want him to die because you don't like a face he makes? That's really pretty dumb.
I'm not thrilled that Shannon died, but I don't like it when people start threads that wish death on characters. It especially seems mean because the actors sometimes come on these boards. I think we should keep things on the amiable side, don't you?

I think the rule of the board is attack the post ,not the poster:) I think the scared face Sayid made in his epi was funny, but who knows what kind of face I would make if someone pointed a gun at me.
I didn't see that reaction from Sayid in Abandoned, maybe I forgot because of the look he gave Shannon's shooter. Dude is gonna go Iraqi soldier on someone.

Until you are cradling a women you just told you love in your arms after she was shot, I doubt you really know what face you'd been making... Cut the guy a break. Don't like him... just sayin'

I just have to post here to say that I love Sayid. He is one of the best characters, in my opinion. I think he did a good job during the whole Shannon getting shot scene. I feel so bad for him if Shannon is really dead.

I didn't notice Sayid's face but I know what you're talking about because I can't stand Ana Lucia's badass smirk. Are there any other characters who have expressions that drive you crazy?

Actually yeah - Kate - and every face she makes. And of course Ana Lucia, wasn't happy about her joining the show, but after a few eps of looking at that b**chy expression, AARGH
