When Shannon colapses in Sayids arms we see she is blood covered but can we be sure she is wounded. She may have colapsed from shock at the death of Vincent who was the castaway who was actually shot and dies. Vincent was not seen in the last shot but was leading them on the search for Walt. What if Vincent "took a bullet" for shannon who got the dogs blood on her while holding it? Just a thought.

I don't think it was someone else's blood. When you look at the picture of Shannon's abdomen you can clearly see a rip in her shirt. Granted, that could have come from something else, but I don't think so. I think it's a knife wound.

I just don't think the Shallow..I mean Shannon is dead.

personally, i think there was too much blood for one gunshot wound. but thats just me.
