My Dvr cut off right when the words "hello" came up on the computer. Can anyone tell me what happened?

Well there is always the possibility that Walt is safe and sound with three meals
a day, a roof over his head and internet access and the guys that took him from
the raft were just trying to protect him. Getting kidnapped by them might turn out
to be a good thing. Also if the people on the raft were scientists, maybe they have
been helping walt project himself in spirit form to shannon and sayid and that
they know the button is bad and are trying to notify the lostees. Who knows
just throwing that out there.

Well I still strongly believe that there are different groups of "Others"
The crazy tribe types with the little kids is one group and a smarter
group of possibly left over scientists is another group of "Others"
and maybe Ethan from season one is not from either of those groups
and possibly part of a third group of "Others"

I sort of agree with you but I still have a problem with the "benevolent" Others shooting Sawyer and setting the raft on fire with the three adults miles from shore. At minimum, they could have left them with some sort of flotation device and directions to shore....:frown:

Kill so many people from AL's group? The only killing we know of was when Goodwin killed Nathan. That's not "so many." But the boat Others tried to kill every adult on the raft and left them for dead in the water.

When Lost is on at home my kid knows not to talk to me till a commercial. She stays in her room pretty much the whole hour, she came running out to see what was going on when I starting SCREAMING and jumping on the couch when the screen said "dad?". I scared the heck out of her. I don't think she'll come running anymore if something really did happen and I started to scream ;-)

Why in the world wasnt Michael freaked out about someone contacting them on the computer??? He knew no one else had a computer. It just boggles the mind.

I mean right at first, before he realized it might be Walt. He was just like "Oh, someone wants to have a conversation, who are you, I am Michael, lalalalala..."
