I remember you in the moth episode! Yeah, you and scott. I was trying to figure out who you guys were and came to the conclusion you were background characters with lines. I guess I was right.

Well, you're kinda right...., Dustin Watchman, Scott, had been working as a background extra since the Pilot episode. I was hired for the part of Steve, specifically for the Moth episode. I had done theater in Austin and a day player part on North Shore and was auditioning for Rocky Point and Hawaii, neither of which was picked up completely. I met with Jack Bender, really out of the blue, who was directing it and read for him and Jennifer Johnson, the brilliant writer behind it... along with Anna Fishburn, the local casting director. While filming the scene, Jack allowed Dustin to 'bump' up to split the line and introduce himself. Dustin was super stoked, obviously, and we were suddenly put into the 'who's who' stigma.... In the Homecoming episode, the scenes changed between who would play the part. On the day of shooting, the side called for Scott, but because Dustin wasn't working and it was the last day of filming for the episode, I played the part. Keep an eye out in the Special or Homecoming episode and you'll see the development of 'Steve', or was it 'Scott'?
