Concerning episode 2x01. Would you consider a POV dislocation when we see the paramedics rush Sarah into the ER room when he wasn't present there? Or the flashback instead of recreating what he actually saw recreates the memories he has of that event (filling the blanks with information he read later in the paramedics report for example)?
