Ok.. so... I read your "Being a script coordinator" post... WOW:.. sounds complicated...
But! With your character bible...
Who died? was it Scott or Steve? Who's alive? Did he change his name??

I mean... ok.. here's the long story...
Dustin Watchman was cast to play Scott and Christian Bowman was cast to play Steve. They had their infamous (well... infamous for our little sect of Steve and Scott fans) lines... "I'm Steve" "I'm Scott" in The Moth, and then.....dumdumdum..... one of them dies!!!! Christian Bowman played the body, BUT! Hurley identified him as Scott... and they buried Scott...
So... who's now alive? What happened?? HEEEEEELP!!!!!

Anyway....:lol2: Hope you enjoy yourself on the fuselage....

You have no idea the endless confusion over this. As character names go, Scott and Steve are simply too similar and no one can remember who is alive and who is dead. Its a running joke, and sometimes it finds itself in the dialogue between the characters.

Personally, I'm in the camp of simply killing which ever one is still alive, then they'd both be dead and problem solved. (I know, I know. It sounds so heartless and cruel. Whatever. Just no hate mail, please.)

For the record:

Scott is dead (Ethan killed him). Steve is still alive.

We even have a copy of that printed out and posted in the writer's room. Maybe Steve's fan club can have hats made that read, "I'm Steve, and I'm still alive damnit!!!" Might be kind of funny...
