I would like to start this by saying that I think you are doing a wonderful job on Lost. Your portrayal of Kate adds so much to the show that it is virtually impossible for me to picture anyone else in the role. Keep up the great work. :)

Aside from your wonderful acting, one of the first things I noticed about you was your arms. They are so perfectly toned! I was just curious to know your secret in keeping them that way.

As someone who likes to stay active by competing in triathlons, I am looking for tips in getting, and keeping, my arms toned. I would love for them to one day look as great as yours-lol! Any tips you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
