Hi,
What's the best way to let ABC know that our local affliate in Springfield, IL (WICS Channel 20) is using an opaque logo during LOST? Any time there are an subtitles in the show, the last part of sentences are getting blocked out. It's very distracting, and sometimes it's impossible to figure out exactly what is being said.
Does ABC even have any control over this? How do I get someone's attention about this to get this problem corrected!

I tried calling the station about this, and the operator started to try and tell me that other stations had larger logos, etc, etc, and acted like I was complaining for no reason.
I left a message for the station operations manager, but was only able to leave a voice mail. If the logo was transparent, that would be one thing, but getting text cut off in the subtitles is ridiculous.
If you could post a note about who to write to about this sort of thing, I'd appreciate it. I can't be the only person in the country that is seeing this.
