Your superb work on this series has been something truly special. From the early Season 1 episodes -- where you struggled to establish a relationship with Walt -- to the most recent series of gut-wrenching (and heartrending) events, you have made Michael a character of extraordinary depth and nuance.

I sincerely hope that the island is not finished with Michael just yet. If the season ender was your final appearance on Lost, however, I will be watching to see where you pop up next.
