I'd just liek to comment on the way you made the Arzt-feeling flow over with the few seconds you had in the scene when someone was putting the laptop in the airport out. It's a widely common problem in most countries so people meet it often, but for the little time you had, you made a very good impression of someone actually willing to complain about it up front :)
