View Full Version : One or Two Juliets?

Either Juliet has a twin sister or Jack and Sawyer and Kate are closer to each other than we think. If no twin...Jack is not in some kind of submarine under water, but rather somewhere in their quaint little village of horrors.

couldn't there just be a big tank of water nearby...and Jack is in some kind of underground "lab" near the tank? I didn't think he was in a sub...

i think the cages that sawyer and kate are in are right outside the aquarium that jack is locked up underneath. the whole area/complex seemed like a zoo. when sawyer was running away, he ran past a bunch of different cages too. probably where they kept that shark from season 1 and the polar bear that sawyer gunned down.

Yep, I agree. Most likely the entrance to the underwater aquarium is located within the total zoo area.

But it was salt water that flooded into the facility Jack was prisoned in. I remember Jack spitting out the water dripping into his jail cell from the ceiling. If they're in the center of the island...that's a long distance to carry tanker fulls of salt water.

Well I would imagine a lot of marine creatures wouldn't survive in fresh water, so they would have to use salt water. And, we don't know how close they are to shore. I'm sure Dharma could have afforded a pump to pump the water into the tanks from a decent distance. That's possibly what those giant tubes were for that you could see from Sawyer's cage.

Maybe. I doubt theres two Juliets. we know we will never hear the word clone on Lost. So that pretty much kills that theory.

They are obivously close to the beach in that zoo facility. Whether Jack is under water in a tank or actually under the ocean we don't know, but we do know that the three are all close by and near the shore, but still in the jungle. Did anyone see that weird look on Sawyer's face when he sees Juliet...it could be surprise that they got there so quick, but it looked like recognition to me...like he has seen or met her before.

yeah it was a weird reaction, if sawyer didn't recognise her he would have likely just run off quickly and attacked her.

did you read the original post? it's confusing because Juliet was seen with both Jack and Sawyer within a short amount of time.

i think it's possible that Jack was told he's underwater to stop him from trying to escape.
it's also possible that it's just a nearby underwatch hatch too...

I think he might actually just be in that huge tank outside of Sawyer cage.

Well considering we were told that he was under an aquarium... and aquariums are simply huge tanks that sit ON LAND... chances are he's in a subterranean level of a building that holds a flippin' aquarium. Maybe the building that's near Sawyer and Kate's cage...

The huge pipe that ran past Sawyers cage had a Hydra symbol on it, probably leading to the Hydra station. If they in fact kept sharks and dolphins in there at some point, there must be access to salt water in that facility somehow, even if it isnt buried in the ocean and just under ground somewhere

That's... uh... pretty much what I said about ten posts back, lol. See?

lets not forget kate left some kinda building and walked rite to the beach like it was only feet away.so maybe theres a tunnel leading to a underwater hatch. and technically we dont know what the time is in between juliet in the hatch and juliet stopin sawyer. both stories could be happenin during diff times since we never actually saw kate sawyer with jack in this epi.

If the hatch door that Jack opened really led to the sea, there is no way in hell he or Julie could survive the pressurized water that would have jettisoned into their facility. I agree, some kind of land based aquarium with a finite supply of salt water.

Why does everyone seem to assume that all the scenes we see are all happening at the same exact time?? I mean, it doesn't have to be so deep. Juliet was in and out of that room observing Jack. Maybe when she wasn't in there, she was outside and that's why she got Sawyer. We don't know how much time passed in between or anything like that. I don't ever remember it being said that every scene in each show is happening at the same time.
