The HUGO Award - also known as The Science Fiction Achievement Award - is presented annually by The World Science Fiction Society. http://www.worldcon.org/hugos.html

Or might be The Human Genome Organisation : http://www.hugo-international.org/

Or may be French novelist, essayist, poet and playwright Victor Hugo; included in LOST's cast of characters named-for-their-political-philosophy list for his Republicanism. :)

I can fill in a few blanks for you - Sun, is indeed Korean; and means 'goodness'.

While Sayid, is an arabic name meaning 'leader' (or master in some translations but I prefer the former). :)
