Okay. Watching this episode, I kinda felt that Jack actually was lying to make her feel better by lying that Colleen was "dead by the time she got to the operating table." Is there anyone who knows this kinda stuff, and thinks it was possible she could have been saved, even with the the time difference (got shot at night, came back afternoon, Juliet getting Jack)?

An even better question is why did it take so long to get Colleen back to the Other's camp?

I thought they brought her back in the morning. :confused: Wern't they were getting Sawyer out to start working then they stopped because they were telling Daniel something on the wakie talkie. It does seem like a bit of time went by but how late at night was it when Sun shot her? And how early do they start work?
I don't know about Jack lying he's always been pretty honest. He is a surgeon (1st do no harm) and he's always tried to save people on the island good or bad. JMO though :)
