see, the preview gave that away. not to mentoin that the lost cut and pasters in one of the previews shown this ep in the middle shwoed sawyer punching pickett against the cage, which considering it wasnt on tonights ep im assuming it is on next ep. it seems from the preview that kate finally takes some action next ep and is about to elbow that dude holding the gun at her my guess is sawyer takes his chance then and pwns pickett. not to mention he's holding a gun at that point so he obviously took it from one of them.

I don't think he'll shoot. If he weren't listening to Tom at all...if he didn't care what happend to Ben...he would have shot Sawyer and then given Kate the walkie talkie. Or just hung up. But the threat of Ben being killed made him stop and let Kate talk to Jack. And Jack says he won't fix the kidney until Kate gets away...and it seemed understood that Sawyer would be going with her. I think he'll be pissed as hell...but he'll back off because he has no choice.

Word has it that Juliet shoots someone in either the 7th or 8th eppy. My vote goes for Pickett as the target.

I'd bet Kate shoots Pickett just to be sure he can never hurt James. It would not be the first time she killed to stop such abuse, in her mind that is justifiable.

YEp, TPTB would not kill Sawyer off the show. There's no way. I think it's about time Kate and Sawyer start to really fight back. I'm looking forward to that but it's gonna be a long wait! :frown:

I agree, without Sawyer how could they continue to play out the love triangle? I think the Kate-Sawyer-Jack love story is meant to satisfy the viewers who demand romance and I don't see it going away anytime soon.

I think the shot will take place immediately. Maybe Pickett letting off steam. The spoiler says that Juliet shoots on the beach.

I think the guy will shoot her. What I didnt like was Kate giving in to the situation. The guy holding her didn't look all that strong. Kate's been shown to be pretty tom-boyish and I think she could take him and save Sawyer.
Anyway, it just goes to show how important Ben was .. he never allowed the guy to kill Sawyer. Juliette on the other hand is abetting that crime by blackmailing Kate.
