Was this fb before or after BTR when Her mom is dying and Tom dies? I'm thinking before because of her mention of having a baby and I'm holding out hope she had a baby with Tom. Plus the convo with the marshall sounded like he'd been after her for a while. What do you guys think?

I think that Kate takes those Oceanic honeymoon tickets that Kevin gave her and turns them in for a first class ticket to Australia.

The only flashback I know of where Kate didn't know the Marshall yet was "What Kate Did". The first we see of them together is at the bus station. Though it's possible and I really hope this is true, that Kate and the Marshall have had a previous history not related to Kate being on the run.

I've been trying to figure this out too. I can't decide if I Do is before or after Born to Run. I think it's before Whatever the Case May Be though.

I Do and BTR may be switched though because it seems like in I Do, the Marshal has been chasing her for awhile.

It ties together nicely that Kate traded the honeymoon tickets for the one to Australia EXCEPT for the fact that Kevin had purchased those tickets and therefore, he would have to be the one to trade them, or at the very least, he could have found out they had been traded, which makes it something unlikely Kate would have done. BUT, if the latter case is true and Kate leaving Kevin was that recent, it leaves the possibility that Kevin may be looking for Kate too. I've heard that Kevin will be in a future episode, but I figured it would be about the circumstances of how Kate met him.

But she had already taken a pregnancy test, why would she bring one with her to Australia and carry it around with her. Also, it doesn't fit with the comment she made to Sun, "Who flies with a pregnancy test anyway?"

If she did swap the tickets and Kevin did some home work the inquiries might have gotten to Mars attention. That could then explain how he knew to to to Oz.
That is a bit sloppy for a gal that at one time travels with mucho change of liscense plates
