I have concluded that this is not a spoiler, because it is from a season 2 pic, and I think this woman can be seen in the background, like where Kate and Sawyer work for the others.

I will try to find a shot with Kate and Sawyer working on the Other's building foundation. So far, I cannot find it. But, there's always a shot of a woman with long braids working at that same site. I wonder....:rolleyes:
