Recurrent scenes (or dialogue):

Jack from the episode White Rabbit: "Because I'm not a leader."

Juliet from Not in Portland: "No! I'm sorry. Whatever you think I am...I'm not. I'm not a leader, Mr. Alpert! I'm a mess."


Also recurrent, and key point in the NIP story is the Jack' "count to five" story, this time told by Kate. And shazam! Patients is then is all good again, which is kind of recurrent in its similar to an incident in Jack's pre-Island life (though never seen by the viewer).
