Wasn't the dude from The Others in Miami (I think his name was Alpert?) Bat Manuel from the live-action "Tick" series they did a few years back? Great menace but the BM connection just kept me in stiches everytime I saw him!:)

Indeed it was. This was the first thing I thought of when he first appeared on the screen. :) IIRC, he was also a lawyer on the short-lived CBS series "Century City" which was a law show set in the future.

Nestor Carbonell played Richard Alpert. The only other tv show I ever saw him in was 'Suddenly Susan'.

He guest starred in Friends once, that's where I know him from.

He also played Eddie in Day Break which is where I recognised him from

I totally thought it was him at first so I had to check for sure and it is not.

I'm a little confused. Ariston Green looks like Nestor Carbonell and has played a person named "Jason" in several episodes, but I can't place him. :confused:

Who were the "Jason's" in those episodes? Did they have any lines? Did we KNOW his name was Jason in those epi's? Can anyone point out those characters to me?
