Did anyone notice how Des had absolutely no facial hair in the actual photo but he had a 5 o'clock shadow when the photographer is taking the photo?

No, but I was distracted by the clothing. It seemed like he was in what I would call a polo shirt during the scene, but in the photo he looks like he's in some kind of sweater or baggy top. I could be trippin', though. I have to go back and rewatch it tonight. Oh darn. I'll check the facial hair while I'm at it.

I noticed! Is he clean shaven in the flashback to look younger or to try to tell us something? He had his facial hair back when he woke up in the jungle.
