I finished seasons 1 and 2 over the past couple of weeks and finally caught up with season 3. In short, I'm a brand new Lost addict!

So forgive me if this belongs in another thread. I tried looking for old threads from old season, but I can't find my answer. So sorry for cluttering the board.

Anyways, can someone clarify for me if the fertility doctor (her name escapes me) was married to Ms. Widmore's dad? I just finished the most recent episode, and it's 5:42 am. I'm really confused and can't go to sleep until this is clarified.

I guess I just have poor memory this late at night (or early in the morning) because I could have sworn that Juliet's ex-hubby looked exactly like Penny's father.

For a while, I thought Juliet was Penny, until this latest episode. Looks like I need to watch Lost with some glasses.
