Did anyone with Hi Def get a good look inside the courtroom.
I noticed a dais with a Dharma emblem.
Any other people than those at the door and Juliet? How about Cindy & Co?

I was struck by the elaborate lectern with the Hydra logo on it. The Dharma props and branding are way over the top!

that should have actually been in the episode, may have made it watchable

I suspect that the trial was what Cindy and the tailies were there to watch.
The actual decision being made? I don't know. Didn't get a good look at who was in there besides Tom, Isabel, and Juliet.
Maybe when the eppy pix show up at Lost-Media?

Could anyone tell what the branded symbol was? It just looked like a snowflake to me.

I say it was a snowflake. Makes no sense to me though

We keep assuming there was a trial, but all I ever heard about was the reading of the verdict. Seemed to me like the "sheriff" made the decision. I think everyone was assembled to watch the reading of the verdict and the sentence carried out. It reminded me of when Pickett was going to kill Sawyer, and he wanted Kate to watch. :undecide:

My first thought was that it looked like the typical star of Bethlehem that people draw... or else it sort of looked like a scorpion. meh...

The brand resembled an asterisk. *

I'm pretty sure Cindy was in the courtroom. She was sat near the front in the same light blouse she was wearing when she spoke to Jack.

I posted this in the other topic dealing with tattoos as well, but I'll add it here too. The symbol Juliet was branded with looks very similar to the Rood Inverse (reversed cross) from the video game "Vagrant Story."

This to me is a pretty spooky scene for the simple reason that the audience inside seem comotosed. Alex and Jack turn up and knock on the door nobody turns to look. The sheriff comes out and then goes back in....nobody turns to look. Its very odd.
