Hey everybody, just wondering if anyone spoke thai or knows anyone that speaks thai that can translate what was said between Achara and the guy that gave her the envelope. Just wondering if it meant anything important.
P.S. Not totally sure if they were speaking thai just assumed they were speaking thai because they were in Thailand.

I was wondering this, as well. On my closed captioning it said "speaking Thai."

My Thai is a bit rusty, and I wasn't paying all that much attention, since it was mostly greetings, but if I remember correctly:
Man: Hello.
Achara: Hello.
Man: (Handing her envelope) [Didn't catch this part.]
Achara: Thank you.
Man: Goodbye.
Achara: Goodbye.
I'm thinking if the one sentence I missed was actually important it they would have subtitled it. As I say, I wasn't really paying too much attention since it was almost entirely though-away lines.

I know people are probably researching this. It will be interesting to see if they said anything important.

I also heard the "hello"s, "thank you", and "good-byes". It was fun to hear because I just got back from Thailand, and unfortunately these are the only phrases I really learned. In case you want to listen for them:
Sawadee Kaa = Hello and goodbye (from Achara, female)
Sawadee Kop = Hello and goodbye (from the dude, male)
Korp kun Kaa = Thank you (from a female)
