Can anyone make this out? The heading looks like "Hovala Iahui" to me, or something like that. I cant even begin to make out the small print. Foreign language maybe?

Part of the letter is written in English. It is signed "Sincerely"

I think the second word in the heading is Island. Can't wait for the folks with photo skills to work their magic.

Think it's a document from filming? Or is it representative of the Others vs. Losties? :)

I don't think we were actually meant to see it. I can make out a few words here and there, but the main heading at the top is a Hawaiian term: "ho'oulu lahui". As far as I can tell, that term has something to do with native Hawaiian sovereignty.

Did any of you notice that all the lines end at the right side margin? And the salutation and signature are on the wrong side. It looks like it's face down.

I see what you mean about the margin and signature, however...one of the few words which is legible is "Sincerely" and if the document needed to be reversed or flipped over, we wouldn't be able to read that.

I do see the acronym OHA in the text of the letter.
