Ho hum. The first season left me with questions then moments of clarity with more moments of confusion and questions. Kids : Couldn't stand reading, but, flew out to get "The Books" to learn "secrets". The Second season didn't seem like the same show, but still gave it a chance. Kids : A few more books were read half-heartedly. First part of this season, it felt like old times. Second part total understanding and clarity what direction the "Powers That Be" wanted the show to take. It's "An Anatomy of Desperate Gray Housewives in the ER". Got it. Kids : "You know I hate reading!!!".
I understand you have lots of bills to pay so it only makes sense to take the show to the masses so you reach the people who don't have any desire to play what was once a very fun kind of treasure hunt. What was that about entertainment being to blame for our rapidly decreasing eduaction levels in the World statistics? I don't see how that could happen.
