It could be a prop placement error, or maybe Ben rearranged his refrigerator, or Locke just ate everything in sight, but since the camera focused on the inside of the refrigerator, I could not help but notice...

When Locke goes to get the chicken out of Ben's refrigerator, there's milk, orange juice some Dharma beer cans, a large Dharma container and some fruit. (About 35 minutes into the episode (with commercials))

Later on, when Jack and Juliette stop by "without knocking", Ben is putting the chicken back in the refrigerator. The orange juice is gone, I don't see the milk, beer or large Dharma container and the second shelf is full of fruits. There are even bananas next to the refrigerator that were not there before (At 38 minutes, there were no bananas).

Maybe Ben's fridge is the "box" he was referring to.

Or Locke was much hungrier than we saw on camera.

Ohhhhhh the magical fridge. I like it. Wonder where I can get one? Wouldn't that be nice?

In the middle of all of that hectic stuff going on, perhaps Ben thought he would restock his fridge!! Kidding, there are things like that happening all of the time on tv and film, props are moved around during the taping of scenes and stuff, just goofs I'm sure.

Banana's in the fridge, now I know Ben is insane!

There was fruit in the first screen shot....even about a quarter piece of watermelon. The bananas were on the counter next to the refrig.

I found it strange that the first screeshot showed a big Dharma container of something
marked WHITE ? I could not read the rest of the label. The second screen shot show
the big container replaced by a pitcher of what looks like red Kool-Aid. I wonder why
the contents of the fridge changed so much. Thoughts?
