I must say thank you for this wonderful show and this amazing website to sound off our ideas on. I have searched this whole thread for this question and didn't find it so forgive me if I am repeating it.

My question is about something Locke said a few episodes back, I don't quite remember which one though, or the proper phrasing of what he said. In the previews to the next show, you show Locke saying (after his sucessful boar hunt) that he has looked into the (eye, center?) of the island, and it is magic. Then as the next weeks show progresses and that scene comes up Locke is saying he looked into the center and it was 'beautiful'.

Was that an editing/continuity mistake, or just another 'coincedence' to make us think?

P.S.~ Where do I sign up to be an extra who gets eaten by the non~monster? :-X Just kidding.

Hello, StayinLost, I actually used both of those words in the speech. I said I had looked into the Eye of the Island and it was beautiful. Earlier I had said I wasn't a big believer in magic (I think). If you saw what you think you saw it must have been an editing trick.......just to be tricky, I guess. Cheers for the new year.
