I find it interesting that the many of characters N & P interacted with are now dead.........Shannon, Boone, Artz, Ethan. Does that mean something for the rest?

I was wondering about something, but didn't want to start a new topic b/c I could be mistaken. The scene where N&P ran into Shannon and Boone and they were walking away .. Shannon said to Boone something like "If you didn't flirt with every single guy then.." So was that just a jab to Boone because she was pissed off at him? Or uh.. was he gay? But he was in love with Shannon right? Sorry for my going on and on...

I am thinking we saw all those "dead people" interacting with them and not the other people so it give us a chance to see the dead people again (oh and give those actors some work since being killed off) I found it cool to see the old characters and flashbacks from the beginning, even tho it was done to show how they "were" there all along.

No I think she said it because she was angry and as you know, she was always taking stabs at him.

I thought it was just for continuity sake since other Losties were in the crash scene, etc. as well. But maybe you're on to something. :undecide: They did end up like Shannon and Boone.

I think we saw them interacting with the dead people so it could look more convincing that they weren't assimilated into the main group. Maybe people don't know them that well because they only seem to hang out with people who subsequently died later.

Shannon kinda said the same thing later on in season one when Boone was spending so much time with Locke. I thought that was kinda funny, It was so good to see them back I miss them

Why is everyone taking Shannon's comment to Boone in the airport so literally when we've known since the pilot that she was constantly jabbing him for everything he did?

I really dug seeing Maggie, Ian and Daniel as well, but I just wish that they would have been brought back for a much better episode.

i think they ended up worse off than shannon and boone. niether shannon nor boone tried to paralyze each other over diamonds or got buried alive. to me that's a fate worse than dying from an injury or getting shot.
