Didn't see another thread about this, but I didn't look too hard.

In last week's episode, we saw Locke watching TV with the volume turned up really high. Everyone was curious as to what he was watching, but the only part of it that I could make out was something about Cobra and then gunshots.

Amazingly, that's what we saw Nikki do in this week's episode.

Locke was watching Expose!

I wonder why Locke didn't recognize her when they went to The Pearl together. Shrug.

He didn't recognize her because she was a guest star, and the episode she was filming didn't air before the plane crash, as evidenced by the fact that Hurley, a fan of the show, was shocked to learn that Mr. LaShade was really The Cobra.

Hi, i havent watched this episode so i cant check this myself yet. However you say that locke couldnt recognise her cos that episode didnt air till after the plane crash, yet somebody else just said that locke watched the exact same episode on his tv in the other flashback, some 4 years ago before he became paralysed. So my question is, how could locke have watched that episode before it even aired? ( unless of course he uses bittorrent :) )

It's not the same episode, if you go by the timeline of Locke's FB, he would have been watching an episode from season 1 of expose, Nikki was filming an episode for season 4 of expose.

ditto. Ive been rewatching season 1 and unless I missed something I don't believe Shannon and Locke ever met.

And yeah, the whole Desmond Jack thing was shown... twice.

Brilliant find, makkura! This episode did have a redeeming element!

I noticed that too. We always watch Lost with the closed captions on, and I noticed some weird dialogue about 'The Cobra' last week when Locke was watching TV.

As soon as they mentioned The Cobra again in this episode, I recognized the TV dialogue from last week. I guess if Jin seeing Hurley on Korean TV can be considered a "character connection", then so can Hurley and Locke being fans of the show Nikki guest starred on.

All this really tells me is that Locke and Hurley have similarly bad taste in TV!!
