Of the only episode I have missed it had to be What Kate Did. In Left Behind Kate says that she did something to escape from the marshall. Has this been explained before and I missed it or is it a new question?
I thought maybe the reason Locke was so disapointed in Kate had to do with her escape.

In What Kate Did, the Marshall was driving Kate to arraignment (I think), and a black horse showed up in the street, causing the marshall to crash and hit his noggin' - Kate grabbed the handcuff keys, freed herself, tossed the marshall out, and took the car, leaving the Marshall in the street.

I posted this elsewhere but I still think there's more to what Kate did than meets the eye. It seems odd for this particular marshal to be so out to get her and given her reasons for doing what she did and the fact that she had no prior record - it just seems odd. I think there's more to the story...

Yeah,i agree.Judging from his dying moment, when Kate was on his side,id say these two had something going on between them...a fling maybe?Kate conned him and made him fall for her?i get that kind of vibe from them, anyway
