I'm thinking that the fact that Sun is pregnant too will be discovered. What will happen when Juliette finds out that Sun is pregnant? She'll want Sun to take the medicine. Will Sun take it? Will Jin want her to?

I think Juliet and Ben already knows.

It is a possibility that they already know by having Mikhail check out all of their backgrounds. If this were true, that means Sun got pregnant before her arrival to the island because how would they know if she got pregnant on the island? There were no "moles" around when Sun found out. Unless when Ethan gathered samples of blood he knew she was pregnant based on blood tests, but can you tell if a woman is pregnant by blood tests?

I thought that Sun found out she was pregnant on the island when she had to ask Sawyer for a pregnancy test and then took the test when Kate was with her. When would Ethan have had the chance to gather a blood sample from Sun? We knew that Jack, Kate, and Sawyer had blood taken, but I didn't see that happen to Sun.

I second Melikon's thoughts....There's no other reason I can see to risk Juliette going into the lion's den. Ben set her up to be a hero with the trigger inside Claire...once word gets around Juliette "saved" Claire...the Losties will be rollin out the red carpet for her...and she'll be able to get close to Sun with that nifty medicine case. She's Ethan II....which is why Hurley's little comment "He's buried over there..." may have hit a lil close to home for Juliette.

Also, why would Juliet look towards both Jin and Sun specifically, at the end of the episode?

I just was thinking in regards to another thread: Ben sent Colleen, Tom and a bunch of other people with guns to the Elizabeth. Sun was shot at and fell in the water. She easily could have died.

If Ben knew she was pregnant and wanted to get her, why put her in such a dangerous position. Why not take her in when she was so vulnerable?

No, I don't think Ben and Juliet know about Sun yet. (BTW, yes, blood tests are the most equivocal way of determining pregnancy.)

There's a flash in black and white of someone with a hand over Sun's mouth, very similar to shots we had of Claire when Ethan did that to her. I was thinking that was coming up on the show, but maybe it's going to be shown as a flashback, and her blood was taken?

I thought Juliet told Jack that Ethan took blood samples from the survivors. Sun could still have been pregnant then and not know it yet, right?

If Juliet is there to test her medication on Sun, she will need to be there when the baby is delivered, but Ben said that he will see her in a week. Does that mean that they plan on kidnapping Sun?

Sun was supposed to be infertile. Juliet made infertile women pregnant. I don't think either Jin or Jae Lee are the father. I think Juliet is.

My theory is that she went back to the Losties camp to see how her subjects are doing.

I hope Sun's given up on that garden of hers. lol.

If she's there to monitor Sun's pregnancy then this would be the most logical way of doing it.

It's got to be more then just monitoring Sun, the season is going to be over in about a week or so. Juliet has to take some sort of action.

Well, there was that whole look that Kate gave towards Sun after Juliet delivered her spiel about how pregnant women die on the island. It could have been a clever ruse to discreetly find out if there are in fact any other pregnant women in the Lostie camp.

Kate could be preggers by Sawyer.

Juliet could be pregnant too...

i think a better question might be:

"what will happen to juliet when everyone else finds out sun is pregnant
and sun is not sick like claire?"

it would look suspicious because sun doesn't have an implant.
