They have no reason to trust her. She's zapped them/imprisoned them/held them at gunpoint/questioned them... Would you want her doctoring your friend?

I don't think either of them saw an urgency to the matter since they didn't trust Juliet to do the right thing.

Well neither of them knew that she was going to get medical supplies. Maybe they thought the case had guns in it or something. But anyways, I doubt they'd want an Other to administer to a friend. And even once they saw that it was medical supplies they probably still didn't trust her. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't...

I don't think they initially believed she was going to help Claire at all, and wanted answers. But when she faced them down and basically put them in their place and implied that they WERE risking Claire's life by standing in her way, they backed down and let her pass. So I think that answers your question. No, they decided not to have more blood on their hands.
