The Hawian doll Charlie found in the jungle. This has got to be a clue of some kind. I have DVR and I just took a good look at it. It Looks like one of those dolls people used to stick on their dashboards and when the car moved it would do the hoola. Could it have come out of the DHARMA van or did it drop out of the parachutist backpack? But like they said it's not one of Rosseau's or it would have triggered a trap? Maybe it was the islands way of warning Charlie one was comming? I'll tell ya that jungle seems to be littered with dolls!

Maybe it's a clue that they are stranded in Hawaii.

I thought we'd seen it before, too, but can't remember where. Maybe the ice station where the two guys are speaking to Penny?

I know I saw that doll before, but I cannot remember where.

The first thing I thought, was that it came from the '70's Dharma van.

For some reason I keep thinking it's from a Hurley flashback. Maybe when he was working at Clucks and driving that old van? For some reason I keep thinking about his Hummer when he was driving to he airport and it broke down on the hiway.

Its a shoutout to the Hawaii islands and the location for shooting the series. Its also probably from a Dharma group, maybe it was in the van with "Workman."

It's reminds me of the s Dharma van too, but that because it look like something that Hurley kept in his car that he was working on with his father. In "White Rabbit" , Jack discover a lot of dolls in the water by the caves. I thought that was weired, considering at that time , there was no kids around.
