There were definately a couple of big reveals in this episode.
It seems to be living up to the promise of major reveals in all the remaining episodes.

Hello?!?! You completely forgot that Kate is pregnant!

I think Juliet was sent to find out if Kate was pregnant. They certainly know it could be possible.

Maybe because we don't KNOW that she is! Someone correct me if I'm wrong but she was talking about bringing back test samples or something, not saying that she was pregnant?

Juliet said that men have really high sperm counts on the island, which is why the others are hedging their bets that Kate is pregnant.
The whole Hydra setup at the beginning of Season 3 looks like it was a setup to get the alpha male and the alpha female of the island to get it on (and have Jack fix Ben at the same time) That's why Ben gave Kate a dress and so on.

I didn't think it meant that Kate was pregnant either, Juliet said that she had to collect samples from the other women - to me that means all or most of them. Who knows who else has been getting on while no one's looking. So they may suspect of course but the sample would indicate they need to test.

Don't forget that it was inadvertently Sun's fault that Jin became a killer

It wasn't completely inadvertent, her father told her what would happen if she took the money, she was trying to protect jin. Jin never actually killed anyone, he beat a guy pretty badly and jae "jumped" out of the hotel but he didn't kill anyone. jin was at his car when jae fell onto it there is no way jin pushed him.

True, but I do think that like Kate, she was trying for the greater good. Sun was stuck in a difficult position. The irony is that Jin's lying about his father ended up with Sun in that situation and ultimately to the problems in their marriage. If he had been honest about his father - oh wait actually it was all started by Jin's father. If he had been honest, perhaps people could have taken steps to prevent later events.

I still think that Sun pushed him out the window

Damon and Carlton confirmed that Jae commited suicide (they had intended the scene to be more obvious, but this is Lost, where people actually claim Hurley saw Locke fall and claimed all timeline/building/set/whatever discrepancies would be explained by some convoluted time travel theory).
