You know thinking about last week's episode it appears to me Sun is in a real catch-22 aswell over her pregnancy.

If the baby was concived off Island Sun will live, but that also means it's not Jin's baby.

But if the baby was concived on Island Sun will die, but It won't be Sun's baby.

That is a perfect Catch-22.

Well it was a Catch-22 to Sun. She even said in the episode that she loses either way. True, it's not a decision, but it's still a Catch-22 position that she's in.
