I was waiting for the usual person to post the thread about favorite lines and then realized I could do it so I hope I'm not stepping on any toes.
What was your favorite line?

Mine's a toss up between Hurley's "Oops!" at the beginning of the episode and his "What??!" at the end.

I forget what he said exactly, but I liked Charlie's take no crap attitude towards Patchy. And him threatening to take his other eye out.

Juliet's "Oh."

"I hate you."

I've forgotten Charlie's exact line, too, but something about "give me a rope and I'll take care of it" - in reference to killing Mikail.

My favorite wasn't a line persay... but the silence of Desmond, Jin and Charlie after the flare was fired and they just looked up... and then over at Hurley (then the oops line, hehe)

I liked what Sun said to Jin's mother, something like,"Jin thinks you are dead. Don't force me to make that a reality." Get her Sun!!

Oh, and when Mikhail put the chest tube in the parachutist, I think it was Hurley who said something like, "Is it supposed to do that?"

I thought it was cute when Hurley talked into the satellite phone and said "Ma"?. Silly, but touching..

You can show me 10 flashbacks and 5 hours of Juliet time on the island, but I still couldn't be sure how she feels about Ben. Take 1 second and have her say "I hate you" about Ben, and there are no more questions.

Charlie: How bout I take you're other eye. Would you respect that?

Yes, exactly. Mikhail's cute smart mouth. I love him so much. I was STOKED when I saw him standing there in the jungle, deciding whether to run.

HAHA my seven year old sister was sitting next to me when it first started and she saw the whole opening scene with the flare gun...when he shot it she started giggling so hysterically I was almost laughing more at her than the show and then Hurley said his little oops and we were both done for...I think we were still laughing when it came back from commercial!!

When Hurley let loose that the girl had a phone, and Mikhail asked whether it works or not and he says "like I'd tell you" that was pretty funny. Surprisingly for me since I don't like Juliet much, I really liked the "I hate you" she gave to Ben on that recorder!!

What else could you say after firing the flare gun but "ooops" :biggrin:

I laughed so hard that I woke my dog up. She didn't know what was going on and started to run around the house barking trying to find out what evil had just happened :biggrin:

That line to me seemed like a literal reference to the Others' "eye for an eye" justice system. Charlie felt like he settled a score when he killed Ethan.

Also Hurley's "what?" might be the greatest "what?" in tv history. I would proudly wear a "what?" t-shirt!

Also, Mr. Kwon's little speech when he told Sun about Jin's birth/ "Who else would take care of him?"

I completely agree, I found that really touching and a bit sad too.

he said "You've killed more of them than they have of YOU." I found it interesting that he's not counting himself as one of them.

Sawyer when he asked Jack if he and Juliet were picking their "favorite Other" when they were having dinner.

Well, she had turned off the recorder when she said it.

My favorite had to be the "Like I'd tell you" Hurley gave the guy about the phone working after Charlie gave him that look after Hurley gave up the info that they had the phone in the first place.

Hmmm probably "They started it" from Charlie about the Others.

And of course that whole scene with Hurley firing the flare and the silence =]

Whne Sun told Juliet "you gave me good news." Tears...

Wow, that whole scene with him was one of the most moving things I've seen on this show. I feel so sorry for the poor guy; after everything he did for Jin and then to be told by Sun, "Jin told me you were dead." It gives even more emotional weight to the earlier flashback when Jin goes back to his father's fishing village and tells him he's sorry.

Mr. Kwon seems like one of the few completely decent characters on the show. No shades of grey with him--at least so far; we never know where Lost is going to take us next.

Definitely "They started it". It was sooo Charlie. I could swear I even saw Desmond smirk a little bit (because that line sounds so much like an 8 year old putting blame on his brother).

And also "I hate you." I still don't trust Juliet at all, but it was a very unguarded, honest moment. I love how many facets this character has.

"Go away Kate!" Took the words right out of my mouth Sun. And then "Give me some rope, I'll take responsibility" and "How about I take your other eye, would you respect that?" Love angry Charlie.

I guess that Charlie caught 'Kill Bill 2' before he got on Flight 815. I'd be amazed to see him do the snatchy eyeball move on Patchy.

I liked Hurley's "ma" into the phone.

I liked how cute Jin and Sun were in the episode, all "Mr. Kwon" and "Mrs. Kwon" and "madly"!! It's nice to see them happy sometimes.
